Dues
Historically dues have been $60 annually per household, and are voluntary. As ORCA is a civic association rather than a homeowner's association (HOA) payment of this fee is not a recorded obligation and therefore is typically not accounted for in the title process of a loan closing.

Our three entry areas and acreage next to public streets are maintained by professional landscaping companies that ORCA contracts with annually.
Events
ORCA holds a few semi-annual events that vary but are typically a party in the summer, July 4th bike parade, and others.
